The online invoice payment page redirects to a third party payment gateway. All sensitive payment information is collected on this third party’s secure web site. Braun’s Express does not collect or store any secure information on its site.
When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card. Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be delays of 1-3 days in updating your payment in Braun’s Express’ records.
If your payment is successful, the third party payment gateway will confirm that your payment was completed. If unsuccessful, the third party payment gateway will advise that your payment has failed. Braun’s Express will not be advised why a payment has failed, therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.
If your payment fails, please use one another payment method to pay your invoice. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly to ensure continuous use of Braun’s Express services.
